Founded by Sean Hensley, Setlist Management started from his passion and love for great live music. Growing up in the Bay Area, the culture was rich in music arts, industry growth and was a premier touring grounds for artists of every caliber. Based on over twenty years in and around the live music scene, Setlist Management was born.

Good management is not always about numbers and money but about helping individuals grow and find a healthy balance. Our mentoring will help steer our artist's personal and professional decisions down the right path. The music industry can be a difficult business but Setlist Mangement is here to be a rock for our artist to lean on. We will continue to devote the time and energy needed to help solo and group artists succeed. We believe in proven ethical business practices. We have seen success from our ability to remain flexible while the current music industry shifts to digital merchandizing. Setlist Management wants to help those who love playing music.

He is a gifted communicator and negotiator who fights hard for the bands that he works with, earning him the respect of industry peers and bands alike. His loyalty, honesty, and huge heart make his artists love him, and he brings a family aspect to everything he does. He's successfully branded multiple businesses, taking all of his projects to the next level. He has a proven track record in music management as architect and engineer of the Ben Union project, as well as consulting for other artists and bands. Lifelong international travel has influenced his taste,
giving him a well-rounded understanding of the music industry. His passion is to catapult people toward their goals and help them realize their dreams.
